Ex-Tesla service tech here: PDI quality has improved meaningfully since 2022. The 2021–2022 production issues were real and the factory has tightened tolerances. What hasn't improved is service appointment access — the actual tech work is usually fine, it's the 2–3 week scheduling wait that's broken. The car is better; the support infrastructure still hasn't caught up to sales volume.
